KuDeTa’s corporate plan is as folows:

1.  Recruit 20 Members
2. Establish command structure
3. Build Industrial Capabilities
– Mining Operations initiated and weekly
– Ore, mineral and ice buy-back programme in motion
– 10% of corp members assist in ship building and transport to trade hub
4. Recruit up to 40-50 Members
5. Build Defensive Capabilities
– Appoint a Military Director
– Recruit 20+ PVPers
– Build a defenive pvp team
– Commence periodic lowsec roams
6. Build Offensive Capabilities
– Establish a lowsec base
– Acquire a Capital fleet
– Take over and defend a lowsec area
7. Build a POS mining and reactions network in lowsec
8. More lowsec or Nullsec
